Angie's might list that type of contractor under Drywall, but if you google or yellow pages, look for Stucco contractors in an area where it is common. Unless your house is Hemingway age or older, I doubt it is gypsum plastered, which softens and peels away under prolonged water exposure. I really doubt you want plaster in an exterior application - stucco is the standard for durable sprayed or troweled on finishes. Plaster is commonly taken to mean gypsum plaster, not portland cement plastering, which is called Stucco.
