Not sure if you are talking St Thomas More / Academy or the Seminary - but if a minor your custodian or parent would have to arrange for this for you, perhaps with referral to a doctor from the school nurse.

If the Seminary (so you are an adult), there should be a member of the faculty who is designated as the school nurse (or a priest assigned as such maybe) and a doctor on call and for referral who can help arrange for a management program and renewals.

When away at school, except for high-level narcotics, many doctors (your hometown doctor) will authorize a prescription for up to 6 months for various meds, which can be filled by mail order or at a local pharmacy at a branch of an interstate store like CVS or Walmart - would have to check if Adderall is one that is allowed with. Another alternative would be for your parent to get the refills to the school nurse for dispensing.

If all else fails, since this is probably critical to your performance and well-being, you could go to your assigned advisor/counselor and ask them for help in finding out how to arrange for periodic doctor's visits to a local doctor who can prescribe refills for you and monitor the dosage, as appropriate.
