If this is for a true business and you are prepared to go through the paperwork and tax issues and such of an employee, then you need to list on employment sites for a secretary or office assistant or file clerk - depending on how independent you expect their work to be.

If not interested in doing all the payroll and taxes and such or expect this to be a very short-term assignment, then a temp agency would be the best source probably, though will cost you more.

In both cases, be sure to list what scope of tasks is, and hours - including if flexible on hours and if full-timeor amenable to part-time. Obviously, the more flexible you are the less you are likely to have to pay, as people for part-time will be interested rather than only full-time job applicants.
