Question DetailsAsked on 1/17/2013

flooring contractor sought in Phoenix, Arizona (AZ) area. what kind of flooring should i get on the main floor, to replace carpet ...

I'm looking to get a new home construction flooring done. in particular, there is carpet in the main floor in the hallway, the living room, and the dining room.

I prefer laminate, and would like to know the budget and time to do this job. What do you recommend? colour, thickness, type, underpadding etc? (please be as clear and specific as possible).

I prefer an economical option, the property will be rented. The property is new and due to complete construction by end of Feb.2013.

The entrance is tile, and the kitchen and family room is also tiles with wood box patterns.
