This depends so much on how far it needs to be lifted, if you are doing foundation repairs yourself or using a general contractor, and if it even needs to be lifted at all.

General contractors may do this themselves, or get a house to do the jacking.

In most cases, it is not necessary to "lift" the house to make foundation repairs - commonly you only put in temporary support beams, and jack them up just enough to lift the weight off the foundation in a local area while the repair is made, then work your way around the house. This is FAR cheaper than jacking the neire house up at once,, and all this is usually needed.
