Carpet stretching - typically about $100-250 for a trip, takes a half hour to hour per room or hall typically. That assumes no furniture moving of note is necessary. And of course that this is a carpet held in place by edge tack strip and transition strips - not glued down, which can sometimes some loose or creep and cause ridges and wrinkles but generally have to be taken totally up (if possible) to solve the problem acceptably.

Carpet ... is obviously your Search the List category for a vendor.

Or if a DIY'er, this is not tough to do yourself on carpet that does not have a distinct pattern that has to be kept perfectly straight to look right, or a oval or circular pattern that has to be kept exact shape to look right - for that you probably want a pro. A carpet stretcher and knee kick block run about $50 or so at Amazon or Harbor Freight or such, and lots of online videos showing how to do it - will ikely take you 1-2 hours for the first room to learn the technique, then not much longer than a pro after that in the future and for second room.
