If you mean a multi-pane window, they cannot be reasonably repaired or internally cleaned (though there are outfits out there that claim they can - lasts a very short time only) - only rebuilt. A few vendors who have their own facilities to do sealed windows will reuse glass in good condition, but usually the whole glazing unit (the glass, any intermediate films, and the metal glazing frame that holds the glass) is ordered from a window plant and replaced as a unit - for typically about 1/3 to 1/2 the cost of replacing the entire window unit.

You want a glass replacement company - Glass and Mirrors is the Angies List Search the List category for this. Unless under warranty - in which case contact the manufacturer phone number for warranty replacements.

IF you meant a true hermetic seal - like on a clean room or isolation lab or hospital ward window or such, then you need a commercial glass replacement company certified (I forget the ISO standard number) in hermetic window repair. Also, there are medical and chemical facility construction specialty companies who do this sort of work - google for medical (or chemical or laboratory as applicable) facility construction contractors, or ask your on-call architect for recommendations if you have one.
