You know the min. wage in your area, you can hire directly or through a company. If you hire through a company you are paying double but you are paying for training, insurance, workers comp and background check. If you hire directly, you need to do the training, criminal/background check. Would you let a stranger into your home and you pay him min wage.

Many cleaners in the neighborhood do hourly jobs few times a week/month, I recommend getting on their route/schedule.
