SEE A DOCTOR - there are a lot of possible reasons, some very serious, some not so much - here is an article from the Mauyo clinic listing a lot of them -

The cause of constant dizziness needs to be determined by a physician. Possible causes could be medications you may be taking, low blood sugar, cardiovascular issues or many other possibilities. It is not advised to try to "cure" this independently.
