how do I get my rebate credited on a purchase

I have a premium membership and would like to use my one time rebate for a purchase. How can I obtain the credit?

I sincerely apologize for the mix up. I have forwarded this information to our Help Desk for them to issue a new rebate code immediately. Please give us a call at 888-944-5478 to speak with a specialist if you have any other questions or concerns.

I called the numer and was told to go ahead and make the purchase and my $50 would be refunded automatically. So I went ahead and made the purchase. I am now waiting for the rebate to appear. It is frustrating to get two completely different answers to this questions.

I'm sorry for any confusion. I see that you are signed up for our Premium membership plan. When you joined, you should have received an email approximately 1 week later containing a rebate code (this will begin with the letters "ER"). Once you have purchased your first Big Deal, just send us an email, or give us a call with your rebate code, and we will get your rebate check sent out to you within 5-7 business days.

If you did not receive this rebate code in your email, please let us know so we can issue you a new one.
