how much to add a air duct line

running a new air duct line into back bedroom , it must cross the entire house , the current one has no air flow,

Probably $500-1000 range, assuming you mean a flex duct - not rigid metal, not including drywall repair or repainting needed after the repair/replacement is done. Probably near or even a bit below low end if all open joists to run the duct (new routing or replacing existing), otherwise probably in that range is have to open up finished walls/ceilings to get there. However, unless it has degraded to the point of falling apart, a lot easier to find the source of the blockage and jiust unkink it - assuming it is not a thermostat or air damper problem. In addition to using a mirror (hand mirror or vehicle inspection mirror both work, bigger (th the extent it fits) is better, shining a GOOD light (like 6V lantern flashlight) into the mirror to illuminate the ducting, with an almost blocked duct it is commonly possible to hear a whistle or whine at the blockage point - ear to wall or with a stethoscope.
