Pretty expensive area in general but readily available topsoil, so I would guess about $30-45/CY assuming trucks can get close to where it needs to be used, and small utility tractor or bobcat can tram to and work in the area you want it spread. If has to be manually moved and spread with rakes, probably more like $45-70/CY in some cases.

Beware about using topsoil for general levelling fill - assuming putting in sod or seed for lawn, if more than about 2 inches thick starts getting rutted, dimpled, and soggy spots pretty quick - generally you want to scarify and regrade the existing soil first to a smooth, uniform surface, or if unable to do that (or too expensive for you) use general road base fill or equal (about 1/2-3/4" maximum particle size) to do the filling in of low spots and levelling, then a uniform topsoil layer over that.

For just topsoil and rough levelling a Mulch and Topsoil firm or Excavation firm - for detailed levelling and lawn prep a Landscaping firm would be your better bet.
