Minimum service charge if you provide the fixture - possibly more if vendor has to go to store to get one or to pick one out with you. I recommend making sure, if feasible, that the fixture base is same size or larger than old one, so you don't have an ugly unpainted or unfaded patch showing exposed around the fixture.

For simple fixture swapout, probably $75-150 (minimum trip charge) and very little in parts by an Electrical (your Search the List category) contractor, or probably 1/2 that amount by a Handyman if you have one you trust with electrical work. Not at all difficult to do, even DIY if at all home handy, but doen wrong can constitute a fire hazard.
