Depends a lot on make and model and whether using OEM or after-markeat parts (easily 50-100% difference on parts cost there alone), but commonly $50-300 for the main board (but up to around $1000 for a few makes/models) - plus $100-300 labor to install and test.

Dampers commonly (assuming motorized or solenoid activated by the furnace) typically about $250-500 range installed, each for most, unless it is just the motor or solenoid needing replacement for commonly maybe more like hal that cost each.

Sensors, assuming being swapped out at same time, typically $20-50 each and about that much laobr too, probably. And modern furnaces can easily have 2-4, up to 10 or so if a condensing (high efficiency direct vent) type.

One thing I did not ask but should - is WHY replacing so many things at one time - sounds like the tech working on it is doing what a lot of techs these days do - replace a bunch of parts till it starts working rather than diagnosing what the problem really is and replacing only that part. So replacing that many things at one time I would question him about WHY so much went bad, unless he diagnosed them and they were fried from an overvoltage event like lightning. Or a furnace fire - though in most areas rebuilding a furnace which had a fire in it which burns components or burns outside the firebox is illegal.

Here are links to a couple of related questions FYI but note one of them says board cost to $300 - more brands are now running $400-900 range.
