By a Handyman, probably about $75-100 unless steel faced door, then about $25-50 more for added drilling time and bit cost. If you want the key to match the doorset lock, then another $50 or so for him to get a matched doorknob/dead bolt set with keys, which means changing out your existing lock, so this door would now not match keys from other doors to house. This assumes brand like Schlage box store lines - hgiher security on up to several hundred dollars more for the locks.

BY Locksmith, installing new deadbolt and then rekeying it to match existing doorknob lock, probably $100-150 depending on whether steel door or not.

Probably a tossup - locksmith has advantage that you existing key will work in new lock. Do NOT pay a weekend or off-hour premium if you can possibly be home when he does this - will cost about $50-100 more - do during normal work hours.
