For general prep, caulk and paint you can expect your quote to be in the $4800 to $5200 range in the Northern Indiana region. This includes proper prep to prepare the surface and kill off any mold, mildew and algae. A reasonable amount of caulking to tighten up gaps in the siding over the years and a two coat application of a product like SW woodscapes or Duration Coating. Additional costs would be incurred for siding repairs, excessive caulking, peeling or blistering issues, a different trim color or above average obstacles and cut in.
