Depends on what is busted - if just leaking when on only might be able to just replace a leaking bonnet gasket or if dribbling when shut off ream the seat and put in new rubber parts for minimum service call of typically $100-150 plus a couple bucks parts.

Otherwise, if needs total replacement, for one accessible from the outside (enough pipe stickout to work on, which is pretty rare) probably around $100-150 - but usually it is necessary to go inside and disconnect or cut the pipe there to connect a new hose bib in, so more like $150-250 PLUS getting someone like a Handyman in to repair the drywall/repaint where the plumber had to cut in - unless he does it neatly and you let him just put a white access plate over the hole.

For frost-free extended hose bib/sillcock add $50-100 in materials - labor usuallyi the same, though you will have a bit larger hole in the wall inside usually.
