Not clear if you mean the fan or motor - since you gave motor info, I presume you mean that. If you means the fan itself, commonly $50-100 range for the fan kit, and labor per below.

You did not say what this fan is on - furnace or air handler or what, but the motor itself can run $125-150 on up to $250-300 range depending on exact model and on whether you get it off-brand or Trane branded. The type with the slip-on electronic control unit on the end of the motor typically runs about $400-500 retail for the electronic control unit itself - or commonly $500-700 range for the complete motor and controller assembly.

Installation varies by application - from minimum probably about $150-200 for easily accessed fropnt-end ones to as much as $400-500 range for some models and furnace/air handler orientations where it is squirrelled away and hard to access and requires some unit disassembly to get at it.
