Assuming you mean wraparound, and NOT asbestos containing - materials for R8 wrap-around run roughly $1-1.50/SF, so I would estimate (not having done involved with this particular type of job (without replacing entire duct) for decades, that you are talking probably about $5/SF for a full duct systel sized job - depends a lot on access of course - could be far more if a 12-18" crawlspace than if 48", and of course depends on how duct is fastened in place - less if loosely suspended in hangers than if rigidly band-clamped in place or blocking-wedged, which have to be loosened up to get the insulation in.

Price will also very a LOT depending on if being done to a certain energy code or not - because they usually require full-length insulation, so instead of stopping and skipping at suspension and blocking points for a few inches, you have to wrap the entire duct, which sometimes means new suspender-type hangers or suspension strapping that the insulation can wrap around on all sides, leaving no gaps. Also, if code requires full contact mastic rather than taping will be more expensive too.

Be sure to get several quotes - I would expect at least 100% differnce between high and low bids for this type job, and expect a lot of attempted upselling to totally new ducts whether needed or not.
