Assuming you mean a dormer window - for drip cap flashing (over the top) probably about $50-75 by a Handyman.

If you mean replacing/redoing the flashing all around the window (so pulling the siding back around the window and possibly pulling the window out to install it, more like $250 ballpark, and a Window contractor (if you can get one to do that small a job) almost certainly more expert than a handyman. Properly done, if the window is being pulled to repair/replace flashing, it should come all the way out and the rough opening be properly flashed out with ice and water shield first, then the window and flashing and gap sealer and caulk installed - this ensures proper water proofing and drainage o any water that gets in behind the flashing.
