chimney has pulled away from the house by about 3 inches and is in need of several brick that fell out
Depends a LOT on what the nature of the problem is - frost heaving, disintegration of bricks, wood rot at the chimney interface, foundation failure, mortar deterioration, etc - can run from probably in the $1000'sish range on up to the cost of a total rebuild - commonly several thousand for standard 2-story chimney. Here are links to several previous similar questions with answers FUYI:https://answers.angieslist.com/cost-r...https://answers.angieslist.com/chimne...https://answers.angieslist.com/how-co...https://answers.angieslist.com/Cost-r...https://answers.angieslist.com/Do-I-c...https://answers.angieslist.com/averag...https://answers.angieslist.com/what-c...https://answers.angieslist.com/cost-c...
