I JUST HAD 2 TOILETS REPLACED LAST WEEK.I PURCHASED THE TOILETS IN LOWES. THEY ARE THE NEW ONES THAT USE LESS WATER SO YOU SAVE MONEY ON YOUR WATER BILL. GET THE ONES THAT SAY 1.28 GPL(GALLONS PER FLUSH) I PAID $75.00 FOR EACH INSTALLATION. THE WAX RING AND THE TOILET SEAT CAME WITH THE TOILETS.I LIVE IN FLORIDA.

I should have made clear in my comment - this is usually a minimum site visit charge item, so if everything goes well and no shutoff valve or mounting flange replacement is needed, for a $100-150 service call charge you might well get two toilets installed in the 1/2-1 hour that charge pays for.
