Depends on how big the house is, and whether they are just infecting the kitchen or have spread house-side.

A first visit and spraying/poisoning will cost about $150-250, with the lower end for small house or apartment, and higher end for larger house or whole-house infestation. Sometimes you can get it for as low as $50 if you sign a year or more contract - look at your total cost, because a low first service cost might well be paired with an excessive yearly contract. Exterminators (especially the nationwide firms) typically offer yearly contracts, which provides a flat rate for quarterly (typically) reapplications.

If you live in a condo you should coordinate this with the condo association - sometimes they are responsible for the cost, and even if not all connected units should be treated at the same time for effective extermination.

If an apartment building, in most jurisdictions the landlord is resposible for tgetting it done, at no cost to you, and again all apartments should be treated at the same time so pockets of roaches are not left in the building to spread again over time.
