Got a friend or two with pickup or snowmachine or skidoo trailer who likes pizza and beeer ?

Moving of course (normal transfer and storage companies) is one Search the List category who can commonly do the unhook and reconnection also (assuming all the connections are there). Some Haulers (junk haulers - the two guys with a truck type) also do this.

Or for a one block move rent an appliance moving dolly or handtruck with base extension and just (with a friend) move it down the sidewalk or street, if paved.

New to the area...quickly found "Southern Hospitality" doesn't exist regardless of beer & pizza for a favor. I suppose like just about everywhere these days....MONEY....offer enough & people do become more friendly, except not more than the value of the favor asked. Even 2guys/truck have a $175 minimum friend or not.

I am shocked at the two guys and a truck type minimum charge - way lower here ($100), in a much higher labor cost area.

Other option is a Handyman (assuming you are physically able to help move them because it is more than a one-man job if you have any stairs) - one with a low flatbed trailer would be nice to minimize lifting.

Another option - google for furniture and appliance moving companies in your area - the independent delivery companies who deliver furniture and appliances under contract to box stores. Though of course you would have to be there at both ends to let them in to pick them up, and drive behind them to destination to let them in to move the appliances in. Those type companies also typically do routing appliance hookup (assuming the destination has all the connections ready to go) - probably minimal additional cost if you need that.

Another possibility - if you use a lawn care service - see if they will do it when they come to do your lawn (though of course likely a bit more damage risk) on the trailer their mowers travel on, for maybe $50-75 or so cash - either when there doing your lawn (if you are home most of the time) or at beginning or end of day or lunch hour or such.

If you will be needing disconnection and hookup another possibility (though may need your help with the moving because they normally work alone) is an Appliance Repair - Large technician.
