how do i find out who repaired my foundation?

I purchased my home two years ago, I was told the foundation had already been repaired, I was never provided with any paperwork for his. Where can i start to find out who repaired the foundation?

If you are looking for a warranty or such, probably out of luck - normally 6-12 months at most, and commonly no warranty. Unless required by contract, would commonly be no plans or anything like that provided to the owner unless he ahd the design done by his own enigneer and then hired a contractor to do the work.

If this was a repair that was supposed to be done as part of the pre-closing contingency repairs, your realtor should be able to contact the Sellers realtor and see if they will ask for the name and any warranty.
