Wish we could summon a majic answer for you but unfortunately the cost of gutters depends on the running feet and the market you are in. See my blogs for many suggestions on gutter pitching , thickness of the metal and hanging tips

ps you might also consider gutter covers if you have mature trees

Previous answer is right, but of course you were looking for at least a ballpark - so I will give you a ballpark.

Roughing it out, assuming house width is 2/3 length and assuming 2 story with basement not included in square footage, with no significant stepped/porch roofs, would give a house about 35 x 50 feet in footprint. Assuming standard gable ends, that means 2 x 50 = 100 LF gutter and about 110 LF downspout (1 at each corner of the house). Allowing a bit for a front porch, say 110 LF gutter, 125 LF downspout.

Do it your self with plastic gutter and downspout for a normal house runs about $2/LF for fittings and brackets, about $1.50-2.00/LF gutter and downspout. Therefore, say $3.50-4.00/LF = $800-1000 rough number do it yourself.

Seamless metal gutter, from what my neighbors have paid anyway, is about $4-7/LF, or about $1000-1650 for your case. My estimating guide says $3.50-5.00/LF, so still in the $1000-1200 range.
