Of course, you can Write A Review (right end of green banner bar).

If a renter and the property management business is acting as your landlord's agent, call the landlord first. Secondly if that does not work, contact your local governmental agency that handles renter issues - most states and larger cities have very rigid rules about deposit refunds and applying other charges against renters - sometimes handled through consumer protection bureau, sometimes through a Housing agency or department.

If still in the property, take lots of photos to document the condition, assuming this is about condition.
