Since you have not gotten a reply in almost a week, this may be too little too late - I hope not.

Most large-city plumber rates run from $75-200/hour, with most in the $100-140 range, at the lower end of one-man outfits and more remote areas, and higher end for downtown, rich areas, and hgh=pressure steamfitters.
