Depends on how much work is needed - if straight forward replacement of items with similar items and no relocations, can be a as little as $500 range for new sink and toilet hookup and new shower/tub valve and showerhead install - not including cost of new tub, toilet, basin, etc. Can be several thousand for major redo with relocations and changing from tub to shower or vice versa, etc.

Replacing all piping, like in a very old home, can run an additional thousand plus without too much trouble.
