Can vary a lot - if you find an appraiser who routinely does condos and has recently done one in your building/complex, can be as low as $200-250 range - up to $300-400 range if in an area with lots of empty or condemned condos and few recent sales, so takes more effort and maybe alternatives valuation calculations to determine a reasonable market value. More if very high end condo like a penthouse suite or such.
I would guess around $300 is probably a "typical" number.
