Rough ballpark typical costs, assuming nothing unusual about installation, typical sloping roof (not flat roof), and NOT including removal/replacement of gutters or any rafter/roof or wall sheathing repair (due to rot), and assuming soffit is around 3 feet deep from front to back.

Fascia - around $4-7/LF aluminum faced wood, $3-6/LF painted wood.

Soffit - $5-7/LF aluminum, $3-5 wood, $2-4/LF vinyl - add about $1-2/LF for high airflow design (which is a good thing).

If you meant a flat roof curb and soffit, that can run more in the $10-30/LF range depending on how much damage there is to the curb structure, and whether the entire curb has to come out (which means roofing repair there too). Again, NOT including any roof rafter or sheathing repair.
