Assuming you mean the distribution/breaker panel, you can find a lot of previous questions about this in the Home > Electrical link under Browse Projects, at lower left.

Can run from around $500 range if replacing with a basically identical box (or perhaps taller to provide more slots at the bottom) to much more than that if replacing with a box that requires significant moving around of the wires or if the wires have been scorched so need repair/partial replacement too - on up to a couple to even several thousand $ if the entire service needs replacing or upgrading - main breaker/disconnect panel, meter base, and all wiring from service drop (utility wiring) in to the distribution panel.
