Could not quickly find a model number or part number match to what you gave, so can only give general answer. Best case with easily accessible motor - $100-200 for inducer (or complete motor and blower with some models) though can go up to around $500 for the part alone with some furnaces, and labor $150-500 range depending on accessibility - some you can easily get at from the front, some you actually have to remove the heat exchanger to wrestle them out. And of course commonly 50-100% price difference between after-market "universal" parts and OEM parts.
