how much would replacing heating element in electric oven cost?

it seems one heating element in my electric oven blew out. how much would it cost to repair/replace that element?

Last time I did it was $45 for the part from manufacturer - for an Appliance - Large (Search the List category) repairman to replace it would take about 10 minutes, and cost about $60-125 typically depending on your local cost of labor.

If you are positive it is the element (like it burned right through because of carbonized food buildup on it), if you tell him the make and model number up front then he can wait till the part comes in (or get out of stock) before he comes out, avoiding a possible two-trip charge which can happen if they need one trip to diagnose/order part, then another to install the part.
