how do you get rid of fat legs when your only 10 years old

when iam at school all the girls say that i have fat legs iam so sad please help me!

If you haven't already, please talk to your parents (or another trusted adult) about the teasing you're encountering.

One way girls stop having this problem is to just wait until their height catches up to their weight. You don't stop growing height until you are about 20 years old, and your skeleton does not become truly adult altogether until the age of 25. If you notice babies and young children, the same thing happens to them. I'm sorry there are mean girls at your school calling attention to you (probably in order to distract others from paying attention to their flaws!)

I feel that way too but don't worry try this drink lots of water it can help and try to do at least 1o min. Of running a day:) I hope that helps:)
Or you can try to kneel down on your left knee then lift your body up slowly and count to three and you should be up by 3 then will your doing that you should feel your calfs streching then do the same thing to your right
Leg then keep doing that for 20 min. Every day:)
Then you can shove a pie in those skinny girls face:)

I will bet you have better looking legs than you think. Sometimes jealousy provokes mean words out of people. Remember they are just words. I know it hurts. You want those things to go away. Well take pride in the fact that you will grow taller and prettier every day. Here is what you can do:

1. Drink lots of water. Stay away from soda pop and sugary drinks.

2. Walk as much as you can. You don't need to run to get a good workout. Take stairs whenever you can. Anything using your legs will help shape them

3. Stand in front of the mirror with your hands on your hips. Now squat down using your leg muscles. Keep your butt tucked tight under you. Do 12 squats then take a few seconds for a break. Now do another set of 12. Rest, then do a 3rd set. Do this every day. You will feel the burn and soon see the results......shapely legs

4. Try to stay away from fast food. That burger and fries is filled with salt, fat, and tons of calories you don't want. Eat lean meat, lots of fruits and veggies and remember to drink lots of water.

5. Stand with your feet together. Bend over and stretch to touch your toes. Don't bounce, you will hurt your back. Keep stretching as far as you can go. Do this every day for flexibility and toning the backs of your legs.

6. ALWAYS wear a smile. You are a lovely young lady. Be proud and confident. Those bullies will soon get bored and find something else to do.

7. Next time they make fun of your legs, you just say "Someday you will wish you had legs like mine!"
