how can i get rid of sour milk smell that spilled under the back seat and across the floor of my automobile ?

Usually the floor mats come up - may be "loose" (usually with cargo area matsonly) or may have black discs across the carpet that you pry up to expose mounting screws or bolts, or many times the discs are the top of pop fasteners that go through the metal flooring and grab onto it - look like this commonly and sometimes are reusable but commonly strip or pop off - available at auto parts stores and Lowes/Home Depot and Amazon and such -

If still wet, use vinegar and baking soda to clean what you can, then sprinkle heavily with baking soda and let sit at least overnight, till dry, and vacuum up.

If dried then use good oxidizing cleaner to soak and shampoo carpet with shampoo with Borax powder (NOT Boraxo soap - laundry borax like 20 Mule Team) - or use a carpet shampooer.
