There are cleaner/deodorizers made for animal and for human accidents - find a few at your grocery store in pharmacy maybe, but generally available at pharmacy-only stores and medical supply companies. If leather chair check if suitable.

If soaked through covering into padding probably needs to be steam cleaned by a carpet/furniture steam cleaning company like Steamaway.

If not related to a one-time sickness, I would suggest getting an approriate sized bed sized waterproof pad to put over the chair (probably make 2 out of queen or king sized one), then cover that with a machine washable quilt or coverlet as protection in future.

I strongly suggest using a product called Freshana Organic Solutions. It's my go to product for this type of smell. I know it's cliche, but it's a miracle worker on any type of urine smell, human or animal.
