From my favorite auto cost source, a bit less than $100 at a normal auto repair shop, and $200 at a Toyota dealer.

If you are foolish enough to trust a speedy type place to do it, do NOT let them talk you into a flush - these do more harm than good, commonly resulting in transmission failure shortly after they are done.

Check your owner's manual - most of the automatic transmissions call for very widely spaced changes (every 80,000 miles or so) or no changes at all unless turning brown or smelling burnt - so check your book, and there may be a tag on the filler stick that says No Change Needed or such.
