Not real clear what your issue is - perhaps you should report. There is the "subject" area of the question where you put "how do i view lack of service which i paid for?"

Then below that there is a space where you can provide more details of what the issue is, and what advice or info or help you are asking for. PRobably best to do as a new question to get the most exposure to getting answers.
