I've lost a lot of weight with Take Shape For Life. It's a program that uses meal replacements and has a free health coach to help you learn new habits of health. The BEST part, is that I lost enough weight to be able to get off two kinds of insulin and an oral diabetic medication. I never thought I could do it, but I did.

Congratulations on making this goal. The hardest thing ismaking it realistic. If you are able to curb 1-2 lbs a week on average you canhit this goal pretty realistically. Losing weight is not the easiest endeavor,checking with your physician or pharmacist that your meds are managed withweight loss in mind can be helpful. Keeping a positive outlook when no movementoccurs and don't get discouraged by slow progress, slow and steady makes a hugedifference. Best of luck in your endeavor.

1) Start by drinking one half a gallon of water a day.

2) Have soup and salad for lunch.

3) Start slowly to walk:

First day 1 minute, 2nd day 2minutes, 3 minutes third day etc. In 30 days you will have created a good habit for yourself & learned to walk 30 minutes.
