Heating and A/C is the Search the List category to find well-rated and reviewed vendors to bid your job. You don't say WHY they need replacement, but unless rusting out (metal) or deteriorating (paper or plastic or foil flex type), ducts generally do not need replacing, and can easily be locally repaired or replaced in sections if there is just a localized issue or two. Life is generally about 20-25 years or so with flex ducts, more like 50-100 with galvanized sheet metal.

Here are links to some previous similar questions FYI - cost for duct replacement varies a lot, can (for your size house) commonly run a thousand or two for a one-story with EASY access to all vents from a crawlspace or basement (and sometimes attic) with exposed joists, more commonly a couple to few thousand $ range for a normal 2-story or slab-on-grade house, and can be more like $3000-5000 in a multi-story or multi-split house where a lot of drywall holes are needed to run the ducting and the duct runs are generally not accessible. or where the original ducts were run under the slab. Plus commonly $500-2000 for the drywall repair - obviously usually much less repair needed with flex duct, though those provide poorer handling characteristics and shorter life.
