There are many manners in which to tackle this overwhleming chore. As undaunting as it is there are ways to go about it properly. Here is just what I sugest, number one I reommend to all young moms to first, 'open mouth and ask everyone'. From all walks of life ask the super wealthy when say at the store ask the average YUPPIE mom, and then ask those whom YOU know and who you trust. Next shop around by shopping around search the interent for reviews, go on mom sites and above all check with your pedirtircan. They have heard it all and are defintly in the know. Then visit and stop by centers your interested in. If looking for a person as in a nanny then do the same as the above advice indicates but never take anyone's word for the care of your child. College students can be great as well as senior citzens who are say retired teachers or nurses they are smart sharp as anything and they do not keep late hpurs and will not show up late or hung over. And with seniors they only need to earn so much, a great thing when considering a persoanl care giver. Also great sousre to find a woman, as a care giver or nanny is through your house of worship. Sincerely hope this helps for finding the best child care is no child's play.Philadelphia Mother of five.... and still alive.

Angie's List came out with the best monthly on this very topic "CHILD CARE IS NOT CHILD'S PALY" wow the truth ! For it is scary out there for parents today of our precious little ones, your children. You came to the best place to ask! This tells me already, what a great parent you are to find the best sourse, and to then ask for all to answer and advice. I am the mother of 5 marvelous young men several of whom are now married with their own childen. Balancing life for a work at home mom with five boys was never once an easy day not for over 20 some years. If it had not been for this service I used and shall highly recommend I would not be here to answer with any once of sanity. The company that saved my life, and those of my children and husband.. is none other then a little small company by the name of YOUR OTHER HANDS. The owner back then( 20 yrs ago) was a wonderful caring woman,by the name of, either Suzette or Suzanne. Who first of all, answered the phone herself. And she really listened to my ramblings of sheer despartion.{ Pricless } My immediate impression of our first conversation was," whoa I found an incredialbly asutue, professional agency, who did and still do the best by the child and the parents. My husband loved the fact they were tax dedcutable. Provided us with huge child care tax refund, and endless opportunities for all or any care requests we had pop up, over the many years. Same day service they offer is the best though, can you imgaine having someone all lined up ready and your heading for the door when they call and say "can't make it", this would ruin most any couples date night. But I had' Your Other Hands' phone number and my membership was current, I called and within a half hour wonderful woman showed up and out we flew. Now how could I recommend any other service when they exsist! Call Your Other Hands today and get a date night for tonight. Hope this helps thank you for giving me this opportunioty to help another.
