i need someone to hang pictures.

Usual vendor for this is Handyman. You can find some prior answers to this question right below this Answer, as well.

For normal pictures (say up to about 15-20#) you can do it yourself easily - with the hook-type hangers that have nails that drive into the wall at 45 degree downward angle, like this -

This type works best with wire on the frame to hang it from, but can be bent to fit the sawtooth type hanger - or just use a 1" or so finish nail driven into the wall at 45 degree downward angle with the head sticking out for that type. avoid nails over about 1 " long to minimize risk of hitting pipes or wiring, which should be roughly in the middle of the wall.
