i need some one that can pull a permit and sing off on the work its a small job but important one.!

an electrical old litgh needs to be remove from the outside back door.

I don't know where you live but as a homeowner, in most cities, you should be able to pull a permit, especially for something as simple as removing or replacing an exterior fixture.

Most electricians will charge a premium if they will doit at all. It's just not in their best interest and will require just as much time to pull the permit and inspect what you're doing. It actually may even be more.

You can expect to pay 80-$100 an hour for an electricians time.
