Question DetailsAsked on 6/9/2016

i want to sell used lexan glass. It will have to be removed from frame.

It has been up since about 2012 so is clouded and has some streaks. Sheets are about 58inches in length and 41.5 inches wide and 1/4 inch thick. There is two aplus one a little smaller. I will sell all for $100.00.

If clouded, which is called "hazing" and streaked, doubt if you will find any takers - and you are asking for them to pay about a third the price of brand new lexan - a bit steep for used, streaked material unless someone wants it for a project where transparency and good looks don't count for much, especially since you say they have to remove it from the window. (Which also leaves you open to damage to your house by having Joe Blow taking out material from your frames).

Also note - this is a nationwide (and Canada) forum, so trying to offer something for sale here, even if it were allowed, would be pretty hopeless - espoecially as you did not say where you are located.

Angies List does not have a for-sale forum - Angies Marketplace closed ages ago, so I would say take it out yourself to avoid liability and damage risk from the buyer, and drop your price significantly if you wantto sell it - or try some Windex or white vinegar and see if the haze and streaking in maybe mostly lime and chalking deposits that will wash clean.

Try Craislist or such maybe, but for small quantity and used not likely to have a taker. Even unused, unpeeled full 3x6 sheets of lexan and plexiglass go for not more than half new price there.
