Question DetailsAsked on 1/11/2020

i have water coming inside my garage ceiling im assuming from the outside area of where the gutter spout is

is it cause maybe a leak in the roof and the water would run down the plank and drip in that area on the drywall ceiling portion and spread inward? but what if the wood is not wet at all and then could it be coming from the outside area where that potion of the gutter is not draining the water thru and seeping inward to soak that portion of the dry wall?
