I'm not anywhere near you. My shop is located in Louisiana but this answer holds true for your location too.

It is illegal for any insurance company to tell you where to go for repairs, you choose the shop and what repairs you want done.

Any reputable shop will give you a lifetime warranty on repairs and paint.

Any reputable shop should be clean and orderly - ask for a tour.

Ask if the shop uses aftermarket or reconditioned parts.

Ask for copies of invoices for any replacement parts used.

No reputable shop will cut deals - if they are trying to make you a deal then they are cutting corners somewhere.

Your friends and neighbors are always your best bet for finding good, reputable shops near you. Angie's is the second best.

Good luck!
