Depends of course on size, foundation conditions, how deep the foundation needs to be because of soil conditions or frost penetration depth, what the existing support system is and how much troulbe it is to take out and dispose or and whether it can stay until the new foundation is in place to carry the load or not, etc - but here is one previous similar questions with response FYI which might help -

VERY, VERY rough ballpark - while in cheap areas with any frost and decent soil conditions (so footings only have to go down a foot or eighteen inches) you might get it for about $10-12/SF of foundation wall - more into the $12-15/SF range probably for higher cost areas or deeper footing requirement or having to work around the existing supports (building up to them then letting it set to full strength before taking out the existing support and letting the new wall carry the weight) - as high as $15-20/SF in difficult access situations or in a muckhole or such.

A professional trailer moving/setup company (not an Angies List category) would be your best bet for this - also House Moving companies. Most general contractors could also handle it, BUT might not be up to snuff on anchoring requirements - both by building code (which they should know) and to meet FEMA/FHA/VA/etc requirements which will likely be needed come resale time.
