install a copper water line to add an additional faucet. no concret drilling

I basically need to have an"T" installed on an exposed cold water line. Sweat the copper fittings and extend an additional new copper pipe approximately 20 ft. and attach an outdoor faucet. No drilling through jousts... support or secure new line where "T" is added. New copper pipe installed between jousts. New pipe just extended in the opposite direction of original to add an additional water faucet on other side of the exterior of the house. Drilling through wood band board to extend the copper from interior to exterior is required. No foundation drilling needed. No access difficulty for any part of nstall. Sweat copper fittings.... secure piping and secure outdoor faucet with wood screws to exterior of the home.
