is it possible to add a foundation to an existing structure?

I have a structure that was built on post & beam but needs a concrete
foundation of some kind. I do not want to tear it down.

yep. We had neighbors who did this. Took them about 9 months on evenings and weekends to build the new foundation themselves. They had a house moving company lift the 100+ year old structure up and set it on stacked railroad ties, high enough for them to work under. They ended up raising the house over 4 foot-it was needed becauase they had no foundation before and were in the flood plane for a small creek that tended to become a large river in the spring.
